Accutane belongs to a class of retinoids. It treats acne by changing the characteristics of the skin oil, reducing skin oil production, and preventing abnormal hardening of the skin.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take double, excess or lessen the dose.
Store Accutane at room temperature. Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Keep the medicineout of the reach of children and away from pets. Keep away from heat, moisture and light.
